Post-Con Thoughts: Genrecon

I had a blast this weekend at Genrecon. It was my first time attending with the WCYR, which gave me a chance to get to know my fellow members a little bit better and to geek out over writing. While it was not the busiest convention I've had a chance to participate in, what it lacked in numbers it made up for a hundred times over in the fantastic cosplayers that were there all weekend. Each and every one was in character when interacted with, not even Fan Expo could compete with that. Special props to the 501 Legion Jawa, my face was still sore from the laughs on Sunday.

Will I be back next year? Hard to say, there are too many conventions and too little time! Next stop will be Ad Astra where I'll be launching Q-16 and the Lord of the Unfinished Tower which is currently in its third round of revisions. Time to get cracking on cover art and the next short story I suppose.
