Book Review - Collapse of Kingdoms

Collapse of Kingdoms in the fourth novel in The Four Kingdoms Saga, which if you haven't picked up books 1, 2 and 3 I highly suggest you do. It picks up right after the end of The Council of Tymenthia as war stirs within the Four Kingdoms and Arcana (magic) has lost its power.

I do admit to having procrastinated with reading this book due to knowing it was the last one which about 99.9% of the time I dread in a series because I then find myself staring at my shelf with post-series depression going, "Now what do I do with my life?"

Thankfully, this was not the case with Collapse of Kingdoms and Brandon Draga does an excellent job of tying up any loose ends in such a way that they were in my opinion satisfactory. No character is left unaccounted for and the villains get just what they deserve.
